There are different types of Rubix cubes, some can be shaped differently as well.   Since Rubix cubes became famous long time ago, other companies started to make their own cube and make it better then the original cube. Playing with cubes can be fun but not when you don't know how to solve it, it can be frustrating  for beginners. There are a lot of companies that make different kinds of cubes. Cubes can be made by a 1 by 1, 2 by 2, 3 by 3 and so on. There are different category for cubers. There are collectors who collect random cubes, speed cubers who solve cubes real fast, and just normal cubers who just cube for fun.

The picture above is the Dayan guhong. This cube is the best to most people but other people disagree. People think this is the best cube because its fast just for speed cubers. Mostly there are more speed cubers then cube collecters. There are other cubes that can be compared to this cube which I will get to later. Peopler like fast cubes and thats mostly the reason why people like this cube. Cubers would compare cubes by how fast it is and how dose it feel. Its hard to explain about how it feels since everybody has a different type of cubing.

The cube above is the v-cube 7. Most people collect this cube just because they can make all sorts of patters . As the picture shows, this person has made a "z" pattern on the cube. This cube isn't for speed cubers since it takes a long time to solve and people can pop pieces out which can mess up their solve. People collect this cube just for how big it is and the patterns that can be made with it.
